Lets get started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame

Copy and Paste paper09 drag below frame

Adjust size to fit inside frame 

Copy and Paste wire drag to bottom in layer box

Copy and Paste glitter duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste fastener duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Place tube of choice I applied plugin Radiance effect *optional*

I used a close up to go on computer screen

Once tube is place use magic wand tool

On computer in layer box Select inside computer screen

I applied plugin Glass effect go to selections-invert

Select on close up tube in layer box hit delete on keyboard

Double click change opacity to 60

Add name I applied glass effect

Add copyright info and we are done!

Lets get Started

Copy and Paste frame7

Copy and Paste frame6 drag above frame7

Copy and Paste frame4 drag to top in layer box

Copy and Paste leaves drag to bottom in layer box

  Duplicate 3x so you now have 4 layers

On 2 go to image-mirror arrange by sample

Copy and Paste paper9 adjust size to fit inside frame

Use eraser tool to remove access 

Copy and Paste rain drop place above paper layer

Duplicate 2x so you now have 3 layers

Arrange by sample with drop shadow

Copy and Paste remaining elements with drop shadow *optional*

Add name I applied glass effect with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!

Open template close out credits, stars in layer box

Select circle in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Copy and Paste paper4 hit delete on keyboard add gradient glow

Repeat same steps for line in layer box

Select frame 1 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool fill red

Select frame background in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Copy and Paste pp2 hit delete on keyboard

Select frames in layer box and add gradient glow

Select black line in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Copy and Paste pp8 hit delete on keyboard add gradient glow

Repeat same steps on smallcircle in layer box

Copy and Paste pp2 drag to bottom in layer box

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Right click on mask layer-merge-merge group

Adjust size to siggy if needed

Copy and Paste remaining elements

On smear element duplicate 3x so you now have 4 layers

rearrange on top of index by sample

Select skull stars in layer box

Go to adjustments-hue/saturation-select pink color option

On star element duplicate-image-mirror

Add name I applied gradient glow with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!

Open new raster 500x350

Copy and Paste paper02 adjust size to fit raster

Go to Selections-modify-select selections border

Settings-inside-anti-alias-border 5

Click on new raster in layer box

Copy and Paste paper08 go to selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard

I applied glass effect and gradient glow to give border *optional*

Copy and Paste remaining elements with drop shadow *optional*

On wordart I applied glass effect with drop shadow

Add name I applied glass effect with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!

Also add to Glitter circle and filmstrip in layer box

Copy and Paste splatter 1 drag to bottom in layer box

Duplicate arrange by sample with drop shadow

Repeat same steps for splatter 2

Copy and Paste discoball drag below filmstrip in layer box

Close out the pink and blue circles in layer box

Copy and Paste flame place inside filmstrip

Use eraser tool to remove outside access

Duplicate place inside other frames

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Duplicate the Bow

Add tube of choice I applied plugin Radiance with drop shadow

Add name I applied glass effect-gradient glow-with drop shadow

Duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste net repeat same steps

Copy and Paste palm trees duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On cluster duplicate-image-mirror

On rocks drag to bottom in layer box

Duplicate 3x so you now have 4 layers arrange by sample

Copy and Paste pp09 drag to bottom in layer box

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-right click-merge-merge group

Adjust size to siggy if needed

Add tube of choice drag below water1

I applied plugin Radiance *optional* with drop shadow

Add name with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
