Scrapkit: Cutie Patootie by Polkadotscraps
You can purchase kit here
Font of choice. I'm using font called LilyUPC
Mask of choice. I'm using Mask362 by Vix here
Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass

Let's get Started
Open new raster 600x600
Copy and Paste leaves toward center of raster
Duplicate-image-mirror
Copy and Paste flowers duplicate 2x arrange by sample
Copy and Paste heart apply drop shadow dupliate-image-mirror
Repeat same step on butterfly
Copy and Paste scatter above the elements in layer box
Copy and Paste paper9 drag to bottom in layer box
Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk
Select mask of choice-right click-merge-merge group
Duplicate-right click-merge-merge down adjust size if needed
Add name I applied Glass-Gradient Glow-drop shadow
Drag it below elements in layer box
Add credit info and we are done!
If you have extra white space right click in layer box-merge-merge visible
Select the arrow beside magic wand and select selection
Draw around the siggy-copy-go to edit-paste as new image
