Lets get started

Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste leaves elements arrange on top to liking

Copy and Paste Paper 4 drag to bottom of raster

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-merge-merge group

Copy and Paste elements by sample

Copy and Paste tube of choice place under the elements

add name I applied Gradient Glow

add copyright info and we are done!
