Lets get started

Open new raster 500x250

Open paper7-image-resize raster size

Copy and Paste 

Go to Selections-select all-modify settings-inside-anti-alias-border 3

Add new raster in layer box use paint tool fill purple

Go to effects-plugin-add gradient glow

Copy and Paste elements by sample

For clock double click in layer box change opacity to 60

For girls I applied plugin radiance *optional*

Add name I applied glass effect with gradient glow

Add copyright info and we are done!
