Let's get Started
Copy and Paste paper16 resize 700x272
Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-selections selection border
Adjust size to 3 select add new raster in layer box
Select paint tool and fill white
Click on background layer go to effects-texture effects-blinds
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
You will need to adjust sizes to fit
On the light duplicate-image-mirror
Add name I applied Gradient Glow
Add credit info and we are done!
