Font of choice. I'm using font called KG True Colors

 

Elements used from kit

Let's get started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste globe

Copy and Paste paper01 drag below globe

Adjust size then use eraser tool to remove outside access

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On garland go to image-rotate right

Add name drag below glow layer

Add credit info and we are done!
