Tube of choice. I'm using artwork by Ismael Rac

Font of choice. I'm using font called Will&Grace
Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass

Let's get Started
Open new raster 950x950
Copy and Paste frame dupliate-image-mirror
Copy and Paste pp2 drag below frame layer
Use eraser tool to remove outside access duplicate and repeat same steps
Copy and Paste tree drag to bottom in layer box
Copy and Paste bell place in center of bottom frames
Copy and Paste notes duplicate 3x arrange around frame
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
On presents, speakers, hat, candycane duplicate-image-mirror
On button, headphones duplicate
Add tube of choice place inside frame
Duplicate tube in layer box double click change blend mode to soft light
Double click layer again and change blend mode to hard light
Add tube again go to image-mirrror-repeat same steps
Open tube again resize to fit inside bottom frame
I applied Radiance Effect, Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds
choose Horizontal adjust settings to liking and color white
Add tube again go to image-mirror-repeat same steps
Add name I applied Glass-Gradient Glow-Drop shadow
Once finished right click in layer box-merge visible-image-resize I do 600x600
Add copyright info and we are done!
