Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste grass place toward bottom center of raster

Copy and Paste fence place below grass layer

Copy and Paste Cloud duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste heart cloud and place between clouds

Copy and Paste dog house

Copy and Paste paw prints on house duplicate 2x apply drop shadow

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On ball duplicate 2x arrange by sample

On flower duplicate and arrange by sample

Add name and credit info then we are done!
