Open new raster 700x700

Copy and Paste Frame

Copy and Paste Papers 18 drag below frame layer

Adjust size so fits inside

Copy and Paste leaf vine place under frame layer and duplicate

Copy and Paste web place above frame layer

I used Alien skin Xenofex effect (optional) adjust setting to liking

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Copy and Paste full size tube

I applied Radiance Effect (optional)

Add name I applied Gradient Glow

Add copyright info then we are done

Right click in raster layers select merge-merge invisible

I then applied Radiance Effect again to enhance
