I'm using a Cluster Frame by RaspberryRoadDesigns here

Font of choice. I'm using font called Rosamunda One

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste Cluster frame adjust size to fit raster

Copy and Paste Paper8 drag below frame

Copy and Paste flowers inside double click change opacity to 50

Copy and Paste green vine duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste orange rose duplicate 4x so you now have 5 layers

On 2 layers go to image-mirror arrange by sample

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On the scatter dots duplicate 5x arrange around frame by sample

Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow

Add your credit info and we are done!

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste window frame place in center of raster

Copy and Paste paper1 adjust size to fit inside window

Copy and Paste swirl design above window frame

Use magic wand on window layer select inside go to select-invert

Select the swirl layer and hit delete on keyboard

Repeat same steps for other side

Copy and Paste remaining elements 

On star duplicate place under window frame layer by sample

Add drop shadow to lamp

Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow

Add your credit info and we are done!

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste fence place in center of raster

Copy and Paste grass

Copy and Paste flowers duplicate arrange above grass layer

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On cluster leaves and bush duplicate

Copy and Paste paper2 drag to bottom in layer box

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask of choice-right click-merge-merge group

Duplicate-right click-merge-merge down

Add name I applied Gradient Glow

Go to adjustments-add/remove noise-add noise-adjust setting to liking

Add your credit info and we are done!

Let's get Started

Copy and Paste paper14 go to image-resize-600x300

Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-select selections border

I selected border size 3

Add new raster in layer box use paint tool to fill border

Copy and Paste flowers duplicate 3x arrange by sample

On each layer double click and change opacity to 50

Copy and Paste butterfly duplicate-image-mirror

Double click on those layers and change opacity to 50

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On girl duplicate select the mirror layer go to magic wand and select inside

Paste girl go to selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard

Double click and change opacity to 50

Add name I applied Gradient Glow 

Add your credit info and we are done

Copy and Paste wreath2 drag below wreath1 adjust size to fit 

Copy and Paste paper5 drag to bottom in layer box

Adjust size so fits inside use eraser tool to remove outside access

Copy and Paste bling2 duplicate 3x on 2 go to image mirror

Arrange around frame by sample

Copy and Paste bling4 duplicate-image-flip 

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow

Add your credit and we are done!

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame2 adjust size if needed

Copy and Paste frame6 adjust size place above frame2

Select inside frame6 add new raster in layer box

Use brush to color inside frame then drag below frame6 layer

Copy and Paste flowers1 go to image-flip duplicate 2x on one go to image-mirror

Copy and Paste flowers3 duplicate 2x arrange by sample

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On heart duplicate-image-mirror

On shoe go to image-mirror

Add drop shadow to bow

Copy and Paste tube of choice. I applied Radiance Effect (optional)

Select on frame6 layer use eraser tool over tube so shes above frame

Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
