Font of choice. I'm using font called Twilight

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass

Plugin: Xero-Radiance

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frames by sample

On frame 1 I applied drop shadow

Copy and Paste paper drag to bottom in layer box

Adjust size to fit into frames use eraser tool to remove access

Copy and Paste leaves2 drag to bottom duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste floor drag below frames in layer box

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On Jewel duplicate and I applied drop shadow

On feather duplicate-image-mirror

Duplicate rose petal 4x so you now have 5 layers

Arrange by sample 

Apply drop shadow to ribbon optional

Add photos of choice place them below frame layers

I applied Radiance effect optional

Add name I applied gradient glow-glass effect-drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
