Tube of choice. I'm using artwork by Sheila Craig

Font of choice. I'm using font called TakeFivePlainSwashes

Mask of choice. I'm using Mask105 by weescotslasscreations here

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass

Plugin: Xero-Radiance

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame

Copy and Paste snow above frame layer

Copy and Paste pp drag to bottom in layer box

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-right click-merge-merge group

Adjust size if needed

Copy and Paste ribbon1 drag above frame layer

Adjust size so fits around frame by sample

Open branch element go to image-flip

Copy and Paste drag below frame layer

Duplicate-image-mirror

Go back to open branch element-image-flip

Copy and Paste on siggy below frame layer

Duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste tube of choice adjust size to fit inside frame

I applied Radiance effect *optional*

Copy and Paste remaining elements 

On snowman, reindeer, ribbon duplicate-image-mirror

Add name using one color in the background and fill properties

I applied Glass effect-Gradient Glow-with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
