Party of the Year - PTU

Tube of choice. I'm using artwork by Keith Garvey

You can purchase his work here

Mask of choice. I'm using Mask424 by vix here

Font of choice. I'm using font called Cocktail Bubbly

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass

Plugin: Xenofex2-Constellation

Plugin: Xero-Radiance

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame-duplicate-image-mirror add drop shadow

Copy and Paste paper below frames

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-right click-merge-merge group

Adjust size if needed

On the fireworks and branch duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On Star I added the xenofex plugin Constellation with drop shadow

Adjust settings to your liking *optional*

On the noisemaker go to image-flip-rotate left

Add tube of choice preferrably closeup for inside frames

I applied plugin Radiance *optional*

If you do not have plugin you can duplicate the tube 

Double click on the duplicated copy change blend mode to softlight

Add full tube of choice and I did the following step above

Add name I applied Glass effect-Gradient Glow-with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
