Mask of choice. I'm using Mask84 by MistressV here

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste Paper4 adjust size to fit raster

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-right click-merge-merge group

Copy and Paste grass place towards bottom

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Add name I selected each letter and did color pattern

Apply Gradient Glow with drop shadow

Add credit and we are done!
