Lets get started

Open Template close out merged, pink freak, glittered pink freak wordarts in layer box

Select half circles in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Paste paper 9 use the pick tool-move if needed then hit delete on keyboard

Go to effects-textured effects-weave with settings in order 1, 6, 2

Select circle centre 1 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Use paint tool and fill red

Go to effects-textured effects-weave-keep same settings

Select on glittered centre 1 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint fill white-go to adjustments-add/remove noise-add noise-set 100

Select circle centre 2 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool and fill same red

Select the glittered centre 2 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint fill white-go to adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-set 100

Select circle top right in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool in color palette black for foreground and red for background

Click on circle underneath the first color and click on gradient

Fill in the selected circle

Repeat the same for circle bottom left

Select on the glittered top and bottom left layers

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool fill white-go to adjustments-add/remove noise-add noise-set 100

Select heart frame 2 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Paste paper use pick tool-move if needed hit delete on keyboard

Add gradient glow to the glittered frame 2 layer in layer box

Repeat same steps for heart frame 1 

Select on circle right in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool fill red 

Go to effects-textured effects-weave-keep same settings

Select glittered circle right

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool fill white-go to adjustments-add/remove noise-add noise-set 100

Repeat same steps for circle left

Select on frame background 1

Use paint tool in color palette use white for foreground and red for background

On circle below first color choose gradient fill in selected box

Repeat same for frame background 2

Select square 1 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat

Use paint tool fill red 

Go to effects-plugin-xero-fritillary

Add gradient glow

Repeat same steps for square 2 layer

Select on rectangle 1 in layer box

Use magic wand hold down shift button to select inside pink part of layer

Use paint and fill red-go to effects-plugins-xero-fritillary

Repeat same steps for rectangle 2

Add gradient glow to both

Paste remaining elements

On flower layer I duplicated 2 times so you now have 3 flower layers

Add drop shadow (optional)

On strawberryvines I duplicated-image-mirror

Add strawberries and drag under the frame hearts in layer box

I duplicated the strawberries-image-mirror

On strawberries 2 drag above circle right and left in layer box

Double click on strawberries 2 layers and change opacity to 60

On the ladybug I duplicated-image-flip add drop shadow (optional )

Open tube of choice-duplicate-double click change blend mode to soft light

Add name I used effects-3d-inner bevel-added gradient glow

Add copyright and we are done!
