Let's get Started
Open new raster 500x250
Copy and Paste paper12 adjust size to fit raster
Go to Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-selection selections border
Border by 4
Copy and Paste paper11 go to selections-invert-hit delete on keyboard
Apply Gradient Glow (optional)
Copy and Paste wordart apply drop shadow
Copy and Paste candies
Duplicate jellybeans by sample
On the lollipops 1 and 3 go to image-mirror
Apply scatter on top of paper layer
Add name select the font letters and change color (optiona)
I applied inner bevel-glass-drop shadow
Add copyright info and we are done!
