Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste paper adjust size if needed to fit raster

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-right click-merge-merge group

Duplicate-right click-merge-merge down

Copy and Paste element32 place on sides duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste net duplicate-image-mirror

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On rocks duplicate 4x on one go to image-mirror

On the water splash duplicate-image-mirror

Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow 

Add credit info and we are done!
