Font of choice. I'm using font called Aida Scrap Rounded

Mask of choice. I'm using Mask 22 in pack4 by BrutalDesigns here

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste index card angle it a little bit center of raster

Copy and Paste paper9 drag below card

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask-right click-merge-merge group

Copy and Paste spoon and mixer on top corner angle them by sample

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Add Cupcake Delights on card layer with font listed or font of choice

Copy and Paste sprinkles above mask layer

On the girl I added drop shadow

Add name I applied Gradient Glow with drop shadow

Add your credit info and we are done!
