Let's get Started

Open new raster 500x250

Copy and Paste paper resize to banner size

Select vector in layer box

Go to Selections-modify-Select Selections borders

Click on  new raster in layer box drag above paper layer

Use paint tool fill in color of choice

Copy and Paste Elements by sample

On the flower duplicate-image-mirror

Add drop shadow to butterfly

On tab-image-mirror

Copy and Paste tube of choice place behind elements

I applied drop shadow

Add name and copyright info then we are done!
