Feel The Beat - PTU

This tutorial was made and written by my own ideas any resemblance to other tutorials is purely coincidental.

Supplies Needed
Experienced PSP User
Scrapkit: Feel The Beat by Sarah
You can purchase her kit here
Tube of choice. I'm using artwork by Ismael Rac
You can purchase his work here
Font of choice. I'm using font called Mussica
Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass
Plugin: Xero-Radiance

Let's get Started
Open new raster 600x600
Copy and Paste frame
Copy and Paste paper drag below frame in layer box
Adjust size so fits inside frame use eraser tool if needed
Copy and Paste fence drag to bottom of layer box
Copy and Paste scatter stars duplicate drag to bottom in layer box
Copy and Paste remaining elements with drop shadow *optional*
On stitch and boy I duplicated-image-mirror
Copy and Paste tube of choice. Preferably one with a CloseUp
Copy and Paste closeup drag above paper in layer box
I duplicated tube-double clicked on copy in layer box
Change blend mode to soft light then I applied radiance effect
Repeat same steps except go to image-mirror 
Add radiance effect with drop shadow for center tube
Add name I applied glass effect-gradient glow-drop shadow
Add copyright info and we are done!
