Tube of choice. I'm using group artist permission Anarasha

Font of choice. I'm using font LaurenScript

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow-Glass

Plugin: Xero-Soft Vignette-Radiance

Let's get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame

Go to image-rotate left

Copy and Paste paper drag below frame in layer box

Adjust size so fits inside frame

Copy and Paste leaves drag to bottom in layer box

Duplicate 7x so you now have 8 layers

Arrange behind frame by sample add drop shadow

Copy and paste flowers drag to bottom in layer box

Duplicate 6x so you now have 7 layers

Arrange around frame by sample add drop shadow 

Copy and paste remaining elements 

On ribbon on frame go to image-rotate right and flip 

On the ribbon layer use erase tool to go on frame so its intertwining

Copy and Paste tube of choice I added soft vignette and radiance effect

With drop shadow all *optional*

Add name I applied glass effect with gradient glow

Add copyright info and we are done!
