Let's get started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame 

Copy and Paste pp6 drag below frame

Select mask right click-merge-merge group

Adjust size to fit siggy if needed

Add tube of choice the one I used had a background

So you can choose background of choice from kit 

Apply plugin Radiance *optional*

Copy and Paste scatter drag to bottom above mask in layer box

Copy and Paste wire branch drag above frame in layer box

Adjust angle to fit frame add drop shadow

Duplicate-image-mirror adjust to other side

Copy and Paste wing drag below frame layer with drop shadow

Copy and Paste bow and duplicate

Copy and Paste flower duplicate 2x add drop shadow

Copy and Paste feather duplicate 3x adjust behind the flowers

Copy and Paste sparkles drag to top in layer box

Add name I applied glass effect with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
