Lets get started
open new raster 600x600
Copy and Paste paper02 adjust size make as rectangle
Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample
On bow go to image-mirror
Add drop shadow to elements *optional*
On the bookplate element use magic wand to select
Go to effects-texture effects-weave
Copy and Paste tube of choice add drop shadow
Add name and copyright info and we are done!
