Font of choice. I'm using font Sick Capital Vice

Plugin: Eye Candy 5-Impact-Gradient Glow

Plugin: Xero-Radiance

Lets get started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste piano keys

Copy and Paste records drag to bottom in layer box

Duplicate-image-mirror place on other side

Copy and Paste tube of choice above pianokeys

I applied radiance with drop shadow

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

On flame and splatter duplicate and arrange by sample

I applied drop shadow to elements 

Add name go to adjustments add/remove noise

Adjust glitter to liking add gradient glow with drop shadow

Add copyright info and we are done!
