Lets get Started

Open new raster layer 600x600

Copy and Paste pp4 

Go to layers-Load/save mask-Load mask from disk

Select your mask then right click in layer box-merge-merge group

Copy and paste elements by sample

I duplicated the cloud, ornament, cupcake

Add drop shadow to elements (optional )

Add name I added drop shadow

Copyright info and we are done!
