Lets get Started

Open new raster 600x600

Copy and Paste frame adjust size if needed

Copy and Paste paper 10 drag below frame in layer box

Use eraser tool to erase access so paper is only in frame

Copy and Paste leaf vine duplicate 3x so you now have 4 in layer box

Adjust size to fit behind frame 

Copy and Paste flower duplicate 3x so you now have 4 in layer box

Adjust size and place as you like

Copy and Paste ribbon place above frame in layer box

Use eraser tool on ribbon by sample 

On the bubbles,rocks,lillys

Duplicate-image-mirror with dropshadow (optional)

Copy and Paste remaining elements by sample

Copy and Paste paper 13

Go to layers-load/save mask-load mask from disk

Select mask then right click in layer box-merge-merge group

Adjust size if needed to fit tag

Add name I used inner bevel and applied glass effect

Add copyright info and we are done!
