Lets get Started

Open template close out credits in layer box

Select circle in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Copy and Paste paper1 hit delete on keyboard

Select circle 2 in layer box

Selections-select all-float-defloat-invert

Copy and Paste paper2 hit delete on keyboard

Select on bars in layer box then use the magic wand to select inside

Use paint tool to color in red, white, blue and add gradient glow

Copy and Paste star I duplicated 5 times so you now have 6

On the accent layer i duplicated-image-mirror

Do the same for stars 2 and clip

Copy and Paste ribbons

Place tube of choice

Add name I applied glass and gradient glow

Add copyright info and we are done!
